懷疑與親密 Doubt anf Closeness

親密感存在時，懷疑不會出現。懷疑需要有距離才會出現。你對於與你親密和親近的東西永遠不會懷疑。

一旦你懷疑時，它對你就不再親密了；距離已經出現。你可能懷疑自己，但對於你所有的不會懷疑。

自我懷疑是對自己沒有親近感。歸屬感、親近感、親密感全都是懷疑的解藥。

Doubt cannot come where there is a sense of closeness. Doubt needs a distance to appear. You never doubt something that is dear to you, close to you.

The moment you doubt, it is no longer dear to you; a distance has come.

You may doubt yourself, but you do not doubt that which is yours.

Self-doubt is a lack of closeness to oneself, a sense of belongingness, closeness, initmacy are all the antidotes for doubt.
